Non-Dairy Hot Cocoa
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1 to 2 tbsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the cocoa, sugar, salt, and 2 tablespoons of your non-dairy milk over low heat until the cocoa and sugar are dissolved.
- Whisk in the remaining milk and continuing heating over a medium heat.
- Whisk occasionally until hot.
- Stir in vanilla and pour into a mug.
